Cancellation & Refund

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Order Processing

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered processing or fulfillment.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately at:

1.2 After Order Processing

  • Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipping preparation, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Pre-order and limited-edition items may not be eligible for cancellation due to production commitments.


2. Returns & Eligibility

2.1 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hrs of delivery.

2.2 Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free of marks, scents, or damage

  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected and returned to the customer.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Collaborative collections

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards


3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

3.2 Refund Processing Time

  • Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

3.3 Partial Refunds

ShadowLuxe may issue partial refunds for items that:

  • Show minimal signs of handling

  • Are missing original packaging or accessories

Partial refund eligibility is determined at our discretion.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers may request an exchange for a different size or style, if eligible.

  • Exchange items must meet the same return condition requirements listed above.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as ShadowLuxe is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
