1. Product Standards & Availability

ShadowLuxe offers premium, limited-edition luxury clothing and accessories crafted to high standards.
We aim to present accurate product images and descriptions, though colors or details may vary depending on device settings or manufacturing variations.
All products are subject to availability. We may restrict quantities, discontinue items, or update product specifications at any time.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Rupees and may change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or listing errors.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
An order is confirmed only when you receive an official order confirmation email.
Orders may be declined or cancelled due to:

- Pricing or information inaccuracies
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information

4. Shipping & Delivery

ShadowLuxe is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or external circumstances.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 2 days for unworn, unused items in original condition with all tags attached.
Certain collections, limited-edition pieces, or personalized items may be designated as final sale and ineligible for return.
Refunds are processed only after returned items pass inspection and meet our quality standards.
Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise specified.
Items displaying wear, damage, alteration, or missing components may not qualify for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, photography, branding, and website content belong exclusively to ShadowLuxe.
No content may be copied, altered, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Customer Conduct & Restrictions

Customers agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information when placing orders
Engage in fraudulent transactions
Resell ShadowLuxe products as new unless expressly authorized

8. Luxury Craftsmanship & Product Variations

Due to the artisanal or limited-production nature of some items, slight variations in texture, finish, or detailing may occur. These characteristics are part of the luxury production process and are not considered defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShadowLuxe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for misuse of products, delays caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.
Purchasing ShadowLuxe products is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Amendments to Terms

ShadowLuxe may modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, and continued purchasing indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
