4. Tracking Information

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • ShadowLuxe is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

  • For lost or delayed shipments, customers should contact the carrier directly.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.


8. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

  • Pre-order items ship according to the estimated release window provided on the product page.

  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available (unless stated otherwise).
